Shipping policy

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location. International shipping charges depend on destination and package volumetric weight calculations.

International Orders (except Malaysia) are NOT accepted via website . Currently they are accepted only via WhatsApp.

Domestic orders are dispatched via DTDC within 2 working days and delivery period ranges from 3 - 6 business days. International orders are dispatched within 3 working days and delivery period takes 10 -15 business days to reach your destination.

NOTE: If DTDC door delivery service isn’t available in your locality, you have the option to do self pickup from your nearest dtdc office

Otherwise you can mention in your order to ship parcel via India Post

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such. You can also track your order anytime at Order status section
