We do not offer refunds unless:

• The product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
• There is an error in order placement.

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp and provide an uncut parcel opening video as proof in case of any valid claims. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the customer's payment source.

Products have been photographed in natural sunlight to capture the right color. Slight differences may occur due to different screen resolutions.

For long lasting care please ensure to hand wash gently in cold water for handcrafted fabrics. Use mild detergent for delicate fabrics, and air dry naturally in a shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight.

Note: Minor irregularities, such as color smudges or border holes, are common and typically disappear after the first wash. Please keep in mind that the excellent raw finish of hand made items should never be compared to machine finish products as it’s raw finish is the ultimate beauty of the craft.
